.UK Domain Name Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Contact Information

For domain-related issues, contact us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Outside these hours, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 4 hours and resolve issues within 5 business days.

2. Registering a Domain Name

Email [email protected] with the domain name and full contact details. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions and payment details.

3. Reporting Abuse and Complaints

Report abuse to [email protected]. Service complaints should be emailed to [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 4 hours and aim to resolve within 5 business days. Escalate unresolved issues to Nominet: Nominet Complaints.

4. Nominet Terms

By registering a domain name through us, you agree to Nominet’s Terms: Terms .

5. Domain Charges

Registration fee: £10 per annum.
Minimum term: 1 year.
Payment in advance by bank transfer.
Full refund within 14 days if registration fails.
No termination charges.

6. Renewals

Domains renew annually. Reminder emails sent 31 days and 7 days before expiry. Keep contact details up to date. Notify us at least 7 days before expiry if you do not wish to renew.

7. Expiry and Recovery

After expiry, services are suspended.
30-day protected period for renewal at standard fee.
60-day grace period with £100 + VAT redemption fee.
After 90 days, domain is deleted and may be resold.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
